ABOUT PRODUCT
Afterglow is a lamp that employs a foil yarn with a heat-responsive surface finish. By precisely controlling pigments and temperature thresholds, it achieves a refined balance between luster and chromatic transformation. Responding to the heat of the light source, the color shifts gradually from green to blue and then to pink. By skillfully utilizing subtle variations in heat caused by the distance from the light source, the work produces smooth, organic gradations reminiscent of a sunset sky. Combining technical precision with emotional resonance, Afterglow was presented at SaloneSatellite in 2025.
